Change Manager

The Change Manager enables the consolidation of comments and content changes from many drafts of a document into a new version of the document. When a document is sent out for comment or review, each reviewer/commenter will return their revised copy of the document. Rather than pouring through each of these document drafts to determine the relevant comments and changes, the ALiCE Change Manager allows you to consolidate the comments and changes from all documents into a new version of the document all in one easy step.

After all comments and changes have been merged into the new version, they can be accepted/rejected or deleted using an editing tool, such as i4i's x4o or Microsoft Word.

The Change Manager consolidates the simultaneous work of many authors and reviewers. The result is a significantly reduced review cycle; in short, a more efficient approval process.
