i4i Inc. announces the official launch of a 100% web-based Customer Care Centre

Toronto, Canada – i4i Inc., an industry-leading provider of XML-authoring and document management solutions, is pleased to announce the launch of its Customer Care Centre.  This web-based application is designed to greatly assist i4i’s new and experienced users by providing an easily accessible database to find answers for common questions, submit requests, and provide assistance to users from basic setup to advanced troubleshooting.  This service offers full support for all of i4i’s software suites.

Following a very successful trial period, the Customer Service and Support Centre has been refined to maximize its efficiency based on feedback from our existing clients.  The online Customer Care Centre is defined by three main functions:

·         A Self Service Portal – Where any user can submit a request or check the status of their requests.

·         Knowledge Base – That contains a fully searchable database of FAQs and references that allow for fast problem-solving.

·         Case by Case Tracking – Users can submit queries/requests via web browser or by emailing support@i4i.com and track it through to resolution.

This new offering will allow i4i to continue with its industry-leading level of support and assist end-user adoption through an open-forum for intuitive problem solving.
